About the Artist

Katherine Strongman is an interdisciplinary artist living in Charlottetown, PEI. She received her BFA Interdisciplinary from NSCAD University in 2020. Her recent work is inspired by her time living in Japan from 2021 to 2024. The work deals with themes of isolation, connection, and belonging.  It focuses on translating her personal journalling and sketchbook work into paintings and zines.
